Roof edge

Any roof includes corners and edges which have to be handled professionally. Pro­fes­sion­al forming of details, roof penetrations, as well as flashings and trims contributes to the long service life of a flat roof.

In order to facilitate detail work and to stream­line operations, we provide roofers with pre­fabri­cat­ed details and profiles. This includes coated metal sheets for our synthetic roofing membrane systems Rhepanol and Rhenofol. They come with a coating made from the same material as the membranes and a protective lacquer finish at the lower side.

The hot galvanized coated metal sheets are also used for cut-to-size flashing and trim profiles for different application purposes:
- steel drip angles for bracket-mounted gutters
- wall cappings
- wall flashing profiles
- roof edge trims

For roof edges, also silver metal grey FDT alu­min­ium trims with a length of 4 metres and 110 or 175 mm high can be installed. These special profiles consist of an extruded aluminium mount­ing rail and a roll-formed stove-enamel cover as well as plastic clamps for fixing roofing membranes up to 5 mm thickness.
