Distillation plant

TMCI Padovan designs and produces plants for discontinuous distillation, that allows small batches processing for the production of grappa, brandy, cognac, gin, vodka and fermented fruits distillates (from grape, fruits in general) calvados, pisco, etc. These are high quality distillates that mantain the original characteristic perfume of the raw materials.

These userfriendly plants are designed for small and medium breweries/distilleries, and they are equipped with all the necessary instruments.

A distillation plant batch style for production of high-quality distillates, maintaining the characteristic perfume of the raw material to be distilled. The plant designed for use in small to medium-sized distilleries, is provided with all necessary instruments (pressure gauge, thermometers and alcoholometers) and it is characterized for its user friendliness.

The plant is composed by:

• Alembic in stainless steel, with indirect heating by steam at low pressure (max 0,5 Bar), equipped with different accessories, such as stirrer (ATEX), manhole, probes, pressure gauges, etc. The Alambic has an upper copper dome. Other accessories complete this section of the machine.
• Copper enrichment column composed by stainless steel structure for grinding column support, copper trunk containing 4 or more grinding plates of the bubble cap type, reflux condenser in Copper-coated stainless steel.
• Cooling column, composed by shell-and-tube stainless steel condenser; coil cooler in stainless steel; condenser and refrigerant support base, in stainless steel. Deviation for scrap heads with glass bowl.
• Safety vents.
• Glass basin for degree and temperature control.
